Humans are complex creations.

we live in a world that encourages individualism, convenience and disconnection.

how are we to create healthy relationships within this gap between what we need and what we have been taught to prioritize?

We are relational creatures.

We are born into relationship.

We learn in relationship.

We get hurt/harmed in relationship.

We have opportunity to heal in relationship.

The quality of our relationships are foundational to the quality of our lives.

The ways in which we show up in relationship are the only parts of relating that we have control over. Nothing more, nothing less.

Navigating relationships from embodied intuition is important if we want to show up authentically within our connections because our intuition is where our information and truth live.

Relationships can be messy.

They can challenge us to the edge of our capacity, understanding, and patience.

this goes for friendships, relationships with family members, and romantic partnerships.

Sometimes we just don’t know what to do. or How to best navigate the mess.

We can begin to feel overwhelmed and when that happens we often fall back into our familiar, but often destructive, coping mechanisms.

Our intuition is what gives us trustworthy information on what we value, what we truly want and what in our lives is in alignment or misalignment with these things. Our embodiment is about integrating what we know to be true in a lived-in way where our internal systems are guided by the wisdom we carry.

In this 2 hour workshop we will be touching on:

  • self-connection
  • understanding intuition from a somatic perspective
  • identifying values, needs, capacity and boundaries in relationship
  • communicating from a solid connection to our intuition

This workshop is for anyone who:

  • is in relationship of any kind
  • wants to deepen their connection to their own intuition
  • is looking for ways to show up more authentically inside the containers of their relationships
